To color the common 3D printing materials, highly concentrated color pigments in the form of masterbatch are added to the raw material in pellet form. However, common masterbatch pellets for industrial applications are relatively large and do not produce homogeneous coloration in small extruder systems. This high-quality micro masterbatch is much smaller than normal masterbatch and enables better coloring in small extruders. You need the masterbatch in 2% to 4% of the volume weight of your virgin plastic-pellets to bring the color into the filament.
